What is a flow peristaltic pump
The pump is composed of pump head, driver and peristaltic pump hose. It relies on the rollers in the pump head to squeeze the fluid-filled hose to deliver liquid, and pump fluid by alternately squeezing and releasing the elastic delivery hose. As the fingers move, negative pressure is formed in the tube, and the liquid flows along with it, just like squeezing the tube with two fingers. A "pillow"-shaped fluid is formed by the hose between the two rollers. The volume of the "pillow" depends on the inner diameter of the pump tube and the geometric characteristics of the rotor. The flow rate depends on the product of the three parameters: the speed of the pump head, the size of the "pillow", and the number of "pillows" produced per revolution of the rotor. The size of the "pillow" is generally constant (except when pumping particularly viscous fluids).

Precautions for flow peristaltic pump

2. The pump tube may be damaged and cause liquid spillage. Please take necessary protective measures and check the pump tube regularly.
3. When installing and removing external control devices, be sure to turn off the power to prevent damage to the equipment.
4. When connecting the external control or communication interface, please cut off the power supply.
5. Please connect the protective ground of the machine to the earth, otherwise there will be danger of electric shock or electromagnetic interference.
